Can a friend stay with you in your apartment during the college program?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it was possible to have friends stay with you in your apartment during the college program. My boyfriend is planning on coming to visit, but being broke college kids we are looking to save some money. Just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about this? Thanks

Afriad not. The apartments are private residents... imagine how you'd feel if one of your roommates invited a guy you do not know to stay in your room?

While there are instances where people allow roommates to host visitors... it is technically against the rules and your roommates have the right to "turn you in." If you are caught hosting non-CP visitors, it may result in termination.

Keep in mind, you do get discounts at Disney resorts... I stayed with my DH at a resort when he visited. There are also very inexpensive hotels nearby to consider, Holiday Inn Sunspree is a great option.

They can be really strict about when guests that you sign in leave too, I know someone whose guest left 10 minutes after 1 (when everyone that doesn't live in that complex, including other CPs, has to be out) and security noticed the car leaving didn't have the decal and the person that signed them in wasn't allowed to sign people in anymore.

They are very strict about visitors. Non CPs and/or CPs that do not live in the same apartment complex (Chatham Square, Patterson Court, The Commons, Vista Way) have to be signed in by 9pm and out by 1am. If you are caught with a visitor passed the 'curfew' it could result in termination. Security has been known to check trunks for guests and you shouldn't count on your roommates to cover for you (not that I'm saying you would)

Like Berlioz said above: The Disney Value resorts are inexpensive because we get a nice discount on them (40-60% depending on the season). This way you can also take advantage of the dining plan and you can REALLY show your boyfriend what Disney is about

Not unless you want to be termed. I lived at chatham, and security was not lax. They are paid to notice these things
