Can a DVC Member upgrade to concierge level?

Just wondering if it could be done and if so do you pay additonal money or points.

DVC resorts do not have concierge level. If you are talking about a WDW resort like Grand Floridian, concierge level is on the points charts.

Consider this VERY second-hand info...

I remember reading a post once from someone who claimed that they asked about Concierge services at BCV. They were reportedly told that they could pay cash for access to the Concierge, but it was either $50 or $75 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT. And, I don't believe the Villas are anywhere near the Concierge lounge--it may be nice for having access to the staff, but quite a hike to take advantage of the refreshments.
