Can 1 person stay in 2 rooms at the same time?

Gosh, I think if I were paying extra for a good pool I would skip BCV and get a pass for Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach for the day. SAB is nice but no comparison to those. TL is a closer experience to SAB.

I'd like to try one of the water parks. I think I went to Typhoon Lagoon years ago with my brother and nephew.

My children are 7 and 6, and I think they are not quite old enough to really enjoy Typhoon Lagoon. Plus, SAB is to me a one-hour experience. You go in the morning, then do something else. Then go again late afternoon before supper. Transportation to and from the waterparks takes about two hours (on an intensely unpleasant bus), so really they have to be used as an all-day event.

I banked some points into this year that must be used, so after all is said and done it will depend on how many points I have available.

We're going to BWV in April with my sisters and their kids.

I thought about hopping to the grotto pool at the Swan if the kids find the clown to be very scary.

The grotto pool sounds kind of cool, but not nearly as cool as SAB.

The kids don't know, and I'm not telling. :

The Grotto pool is not open to pool hopping for DVC members. It's not considered a WDW resort, but a private resort for pool hopping. You have to show a room key from the S/D to get a towel there. Also, if you are going around Easter time, you won't be able to hop at all since hopping will be blacked out during the holiday time.

We have done the same thing... booked a studio for one night to use SAB. Worked out nicely.

Can we use the Swan boats?

Will we be able to pool hop at all the week after the week after Easter? Easter's the 8th and we will be visiting the 15th through 20th?

By the week after Easter week, I'd bet pool hopping would not be blacked out anymore. At least not until Memorial Day weekend.

And I don't know nuthing about no swan boats.

FWIW.... DVC will NOT allow you to book two rooms with you name under them for the same night.

I did it in August. I had a BW studio and added on an extra studio, both with my name, both at BW, same night. I guess it's who you talk to
