Can’t get through to make payment!!!

I’ve tried all day to get through to make a payment on our resort/ticket package and every time I get the “longer than 90 minutes” recording! How are you supposed to pay on/for your trip if this is the only way to pay!? 😡😡😡😡
 
Is this a room only or ticket package? This trip, I have a ticket package and can make payments from MDE.

Addition: Today, I was not able to do so though.

I was able to use the automated payment system without a wait time. I called the resort reservation phone number that is listed on the reservation page:

(407) 934-7639

When they asked why I was calling I said "make a payment" and it took me through the prompts. I was paying the room balance using two gift cards and it worked out well.

I was finally able to get through early this morning. Because I originally booked with a TA I have to make payment through her. I hadn’t thought of that, duh........
