Camping in Arcadia?

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has been camping in Arcadia, FL at a place called Peace River? We are going camping there soon, and wanted to see what fun things there are to do around that area? Any ideas or tips would be greatly welcomed!!!

We canoed and camped on the Peace River when I was a kid. It was great! We have to drive through Arcadia every year on our way to the west coast to our beachhouse. It's not much of a city, very small and quaint. Really the big thing there to do is camping and canoing... but it's fun!
