Dustin: "That'd be cool. Animals don't get too diverse in Slugterra, it's a little shocking to see how much more the surface has."

Dustin: "Slugs, hounds, a few kinds of birds, the occasional snake... That's all I've ever run into, really. Slugs just make up a lot of the animal population."

She shot the arrow, which got a little closer to the center of the target, but she got herself in the arm with the bowstring. "Ouch!" she yelped, a red mark forming.
