Camp Dolphin

I was reading an older thread that says that for the meal provided for the kids at Camp Dolphin, they are brought to a restaurant next to the room with the camp to eat.

If this still true?

Also, does Camp Dolphin have the same type of secure entrance/exit as the other children's activity centers do? I.E. A child cannot get out without them being alerted?
