When you are on the Stingray City Tour in GC - can you take your video camera on the boat for pictures on the way out? Is there a safe place to leave it while you are in the water? Same for the Dolphin Encounter in Cozumel. (Both excursions are booked w/ Disney). Do they take pictures also or is that just on the Dolphin swim?

Also question for "on-board" - we would like to go to Palos but DH very picky eater, I thought I read on the boards before that they will serve steak, anyone know if that is so?

Thanks for the answers - 2 weeks and counting!!

DH and I took the Stingray City tour on our last Disney cruise and I had a disposable water camera plus our video camera. We had a duffle bag and kept the cameras in that until we were ready to use them, had no problems with people messing with our stuff as everybody else had bags of their own as well.

We took the water camera into the water with us and out of 27 exposures we got about 20 that were really good so we were happy. The guides will use your camera to take pictures of you holding/feeding the rays if you want them to, they are very helpful. I didn't stay in the water as long as DH did, so when I got back on the boat I dug out the video camera and did some filming of him holding/feeding the rays.

Palo will serve you anything you want! They are very accomodating! Not to be missed!

Thanks that's what I wanted to hear. In the shallow water I'll get out and pet the stingrays. However, in the deep Im planning on staying onboard the boat and taking pics of DH & DS11
