Does shutters still download photos to a disc? They did in the past for a cost.

I have heard it has a lot of limitations. Also remember you need enough space free on your iPad to store the photos you have on your camera. Most people now have 4GB or 8GB memory cards in their camera. If you have a 16GB iPad you will only be able to get 3 4GB cards on your device if it is near empty. Please make sure you have enough room given your camera usage. I am an extreme user but I would fill my iPad's available space in about 2 days on vacation and I have a 32GB iPad.

If you have a label maker, put your last name and room number on your camera/electronics. If it gets lost, hopefully, altruism runs it's course.
The hardest part about a lost item besides honesty, is locating and reuniting it with it's owner.
Yea, but unfortunately...lost and stolen are two different things. If someone steals it, they won't care what your room number is...you're not getting it back.![]()
It was literally stolen right under my nose /QUOTE]
Someone had the nerve to walk up and take it off the table next to you? Karma will catch up with them.
Apparently Samsung makes a new camera that can automatically upload your pictures to a website immediately as you take them. I know with the Samsung phones you can already do this. If the camera get stolen at least you still have your pictures. Perhaps a solution for the future.
There are so many surveillance cameras everywhere today, you would almost think Disney could just pull up the footage check who did it and go and get it from them.
One tip that I have not seen mentioned yet that may help someone in the future.- write your name/address and cell phone number(I also added my stateroom number for the cruise) on a piece of paper before the cruise or other trip and I took a picture of the piece of paper. When the thief or person who would find it turns on the camera you would see all of that information when scrolling through the pics.
Maybe they would have a change of heart and at least mail the SD card-one can hope anyway.
