... I belong to an on-line community of pro-sports photographers... In all likelihood you will be able to carry on your tri or mono, but you'll need to be prepared for a Plan B in case you are turned away.
However, the TSA agents are free to add their own interpretation as to what you can, or can't take, on a plane when there's no official stance from the TSA itself....

How about this Lowepro? A little more in my budget. I don't need it to hold more than the S3, memory cards and extra batteries. What do you think?
