It's finally here!
After pushing back my trip multiple times we are leaving in 17 days!!!! There is just something about Disney that makes my all warm inside. I can't explain it and I am sure none of you understand
So here's the plan:
November 17-23
Pop Century Resort
QSDP
We are celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary
Here's a picture of us on our wedding day:
Here is a picture of our family on our first trip Sept 2011:
We enjoy cooking and eating. I will eat just about anything. I haven’t been a big fan of pork until I recently started making more pork roasts. They are cheaper where we live and with our new house I could use cheap.
DH is a steak and taters kind of guy. He has become more adventurous over the past few years. He’s started to eat sushi and will try different foods when presented with them. He usually tries more new things on our trips to Disney. He even tried the escargot at Chefs de France on our 1st trip.
DD5 is a picky eater. She likes chicken nuggets, french fries and salad.
DD4 is like me and will try just about anything (Yo Gabba Gabba taught her “try it…you’ll like it”). She loves steak, veggie sushi, vegetables, fruits and some seafood.
We haven’t done the QSDP yet. We did the DxDP on our 1st trip and then the DDP on the last trip. Our plan is to eat at the QS places that have offerings other than burgers and chicken nuggets. We know this won’t be difficult at Epcot and at the resort. We are thinking at MK we will try Be Our Guest lunch and Columbia Harbor House. There is still a chance we will upgrade to the DDP. I am just waiting on my husband to decide. He’ll probably push it to the last possible second.
I will be sure to update here when he tells me.
We also plan on sampling drinks around the world.
We probably won’t stop at every country and get a drink all in 1 day. We will also probably share drinks as well. I want to try that slushi in France and the hubby liked sitting in Germany on our last trip with a beer and sausage.
I hope you enjoy the reviews and if you have any suggestions on things to try let me know!
