Calling Quality Assurance When Receiving Package

For those of you that filled out your contracts at home for DVC, why do we need to call quality assurance. Will someone go over the contract with us when we call, or is it just to verify receipt? They do a good job making the paperwork straight forward, but I just want to make sure I handle things right if I decide to sign!

They want to check that you got the paperwork, ask if you have any questions, and then remind you about signing at the Mouse Ears and dating at the Palm Trees.

I think that my phone call to them took all of 30 seconds - I didn't have any questions.

That is true. My guide told me that they not only want to check that I understand everything, they also want to make sure that he did his job and told me the correct infomation regarding the DVC/purchase, etc.
