Calling Halloween Cruisers!

Just reread my last post and realized that I put 65 to 97 degrees. Please change the 6 to a 9. Had it really been 65 I would have been very pleased.
Ginger-- our last name is Taylor.
We haven't even begun to talk about what we might do. I do know there is a bar in Key West that has a constant video camera running with a link to the internet. Our eldest DD is going down this week and I hope to get her and her friends to wave at the camera so we can all laugh here at home.
Nicer here today only mid 80s.

Estelle - Are you talking about the bar Sloppy Joes? We were there and it's lots of fun and the food is good too.

Jan - We got the rain all afternoon and into the early evening. It was so nice to cool off here.

Well I finally have the Shore Excursions and am starting to make a list of what I hope to see in October. I have a problem with too much exercise as I have bad knees. I think we will probably be doing the gentle stuff. Going to try for the Sunset Sail. Always wanted to sail on a schooner. Any one done that? How was it?
One of the girls at work has been to "Hell" on another cruise line and highly reccomends it. So that is something else I want to do. So far I haven't gotten any ideas as to what the DH wants to do.

Yes, Patty the bar is Sloppy Joes. DDs' friends enjoyed both the food and the beverages. It was fun since we could watch them on line and wave when they did.
Jan, Elza leaves tomorrow morning very early and comes home on Tuesday.
We did get some rain showers last night and maybe again tonight. The high today is supposed to be 87. It might not even get that high. Unfortunately the temp. is cooler but the humidity has stayed high. Oh well can't have everything.

We had lovely weather today--Temps in the high 80s but no humitidy. Sunny with a few clouds for artistic appeal. I had a meeting and a patient to see this morning and after noon, since Tom had business south of Indianapolis, we drove together as far as the motorhome dealership where I paid for and picked up the camper. They had repaired the vandalism done in Baltimore in June. It looks really fine.

EMMA: You never know who is watching--guys in your school are paying attention too. And who knows, you may meet your friend's cousin again someday..... Keep smiling and being nice to people, it will pay off.

ESTELLE: Are Elza and friends flying or driving? Any idea when they will be at Sloppy Joes?

Today is my day!!!! Bill and Ashley took me to dinner last night, Red Lobster my choice. I was craving lobster after reading about Estelle having them. YUMMY!!! When we got home they were whisper around the house, I knew something was up. Ashley told me to cover my eyes as she led me into the kitchen. On our kitchen table was a small box with a big bow on it. They said I could open it. Boy!!!! I was surprised, inside was a pair of REAL DIAMOND earrings. I couldn't believe it. I have diamond earrings but they are very, very small diamonds. These were huge next to them. Bill said they were .50 kt each ear. I am still in shock over this present, but loving them. I'm thinking Bill and Ashley hit the lotto and didn't tell me.

Oh and also yesterday, i saw this lad I used to like who was coming with us. It was kinda kool cos he didnt seem to recognise me! hehe! He's still as good looking as ever... sorry, you really didn't need to know that! And the weather today has been great-unfortunatly I've been inside stuffing about 300 envelopes! Ah well, its all in a good cause!

Oops I got the name of the bar in Key West wrong. The bar that DD and her friends will be at is the Hogs Breath. At least I think it is Hog, her writing isn't too clear and it could be Hag. They flew down this morning. Takes 9 hours of travel. She will call and let me know when they are planning on being in the bar.
I checked out the day dreams web and by lieing about my hair color, put in black and straight which it once was, I came out as Mulan. Guess I'll have to check out the movie.
Still having on going discussions on the excursions that we want to do. By the way can we start reservations on Monday? And what time? Never done this before.

We've been gone for a while on a trip to Montreal, CA.

I paid off our cruise today (or should I say, I put the balance on my credit card? LOL It's not techinally paid for! LOL)

Now I hope to get the excursion narrowed down ASAP!

Hey everyone! It's been a couple of days since I've been here. I've been busy back at work and the kids started school on Monday. What a crazy hectic week. My DD started middle school this year, YIKES!! She was crying the second day, because she couldn't figure out how to open her locker and she does not like changing classes. Oh well, I'm sure she will get used to it eventually.

I just got my tickets yesterday for MNNSHP. YEA! I am still waiting for my shirts from Ray.

We're headed to WDW after the cruise, not sure exactly when/what we're doing. I know we'll do MK and meet some friends from Tampa - we don't have a flight home until Monday - and I am SO glad we booked it that way - it's going to be so sad to leave the boat!

I'm off to OK to have a meeting with my new boss tomorrow and house hunt on Friday - I'll let you know what we find over the weekend when we get back.
