Calling all those who've never been called on!

If you are thinking of going somewhere for a week and have some flexibility, you might want to check out the timeshare group. The sometimes advertise great deals for timeshare rentals. You'll get a full kitchen too.

A fabulous spa indeed!!!! Located in The Hotel Hershey on top of the hill overlooking the park - a little bit formal, but if there aren't kids with you, it can be very romantic (also a little spooky, some of the halls look just like the Overlook from The Shining LOL, but beautiful just the same). Also a 5 star restaurant, The Circular Dining Room, and CHOCOLATE MARTINIS!!!!!!

Been better, but what's the use in complaining:(

Hi! :wave2:

I just booked an almost local resort on priceline :Pinkbounc

We are all going to take a mental health day tomorrow and go play in San Antonio. Well my oldest will stay home, he never goes anywhere with us anymore. My Husband will also attend a Ukulele convention and classes.

I just love Priceline. Not so sure about the Ukulele yet. ;)

Hi out there :D :wave2: I'm going to the opera in a few days and I still don't have anyone to go with. Who knew EVERYONE would be busy, maybe no one likes the opera, hehehe Should that be "busy" in quotations.

 Goodnight all. I'm tired and going to bed.

Hi there

I'm just surfing the boards here and playing Bingo online. Nothing too exciting.

I'm sad right now :( My poor little girl was so sad on the phone tonight, begging to come see her mommy. Luckily, HE'S doing me a "favor" by letting me have her a day early this week.

I'm also down because it seems like no matter how hard I work, I never have any money. Can't get a decent car (mine has no air, no heat, windows barely roll down, breaks down every other week, smells mildew-y and looks HORRIBLE). Can't always comfort my daughter when she isn't with me. Hate my job. :(

Sorry, just feeling really, really down.

HaleyB, San Antonio sounds like fun. We have a bunch of relatives there and we've been to visit there a couple of times. I love the River Walk.

DisneyJules I'd go with you to the opera if I lived near you!

Stepharoonie I am sorry to hear you are feeling sad. It must be awful to not have your daughter with you every day. It isn't fun to feel like you are in a place where you can't escape. Have you thought about sending out some resumes to get a better job? It might make you feel better just to take that step and who knows, you might be successful! Either way the most important thing is that you'll have your little girl with you a day early. She looks like a real cutie.

Thanks kpgclark :) I just feel so horrible for her, and there isn't a whole lot I can do until the courts decide the outcome. :(

I'm attempting to get into college for nursing classes...I have no college degree, so getting a better job isn't going to happen at the moment.

Hi Rachel! I'm thinking about Juneau right now! I'm wishing I was having some nice Alaskan salmon!

Hi kpgclark! This is a nice thing to do and an interesting thread. I would love to visit some of these places but that mental day in San Antonio sounds particularly good. We have season passes to Sea World; if only it wasn't so far away!

I'm planning our next trip to Florida right now. It will only include two days at WDW which is WEIRD! We'll be checking out some other stuff in Florida for a change. :)

Stepharoonie, I'm so sorry about your situation. I can't imagine how hard that is.

PG you'll have to let us know what else you see in Florida. My husband and I took a cruise (sans children) in January out of Ft. Lauderdale. We spend a few days there before the cruise and stayed with my Aunt and Uncle who winter there. I really enjoyed it there. We took a boat cruise through the canals there and saw some amazing homes. We walked on the beach which looked very nice too. When I was very young I remember going to the Parrot Jungle or something like that. I've went to Cape Canaveral about 10 years ago and that was interesting. I've also been to the keys which were OK just for a day trip.

I'm in New Jersey, so I'm your next door neighbor!

Hey Jersey girl! How far are you from Philly? I'm not too far. I'm also from Long Island, NY originally so I used to be your neighbor on the other side.

I'm not sure what else we'll be doing yet except for St Augustine and that OTHER theme park resort. ;) I imagine that we'll be hanging out somewhere along the Atlantic side since we'll be in St Augustine for a few days. Cape Canaveral is a possibility.

I'm not far from Philly at all. Maybe 20 minutes or so!

Hey Jolie, are you going to the circus this weekend? It's at the Wachovia Center I think. My son is going with a friend of his. I'm not a big fan of the circus but I'm glad he's going.

I forgot to say hi to my Aussie friend Nutsy. How are you doing down under?
