hey all-im up for meeting as well!
As for diet- i did change mine! No soda, lots of water, healthy foods. Got rid of the chips, cookies, etc. Salads, Special K cereal, pastas, Fish.
I am also taking multi vitamins. I figured all the help i can get!
on cross train days i use the eliptical or bike, as well as walk or swim.
I started working on arm weights and crunches. Figured the better shape my body is in for march, the better.
