We switched our ressies from BC villas to Poly concierge this morning with an AP rate. We haven't stayed at Poly- concierge or otherwise. We'll be traveling with 2 DS's ages 1 and 5. What can we expect from the concierge staff as far as services? What types of food will typically be offered? Is there a difference between garden view concierge and lagoon view concierge besides the obvious?

In general, how is the Poly? I'd like to know the good, the bad and the ugly. We're excited to be staying there, but feeling a little uninformed. We stayed at WL concierge a few years ago, but upgraded when we checked in. Are there things the staff can do for us before we get there?

You will love the Polynesian resort, especially with your children. Check out Tikiman's website for an overview of the resort, concierge service, etc:

The concierge staff will help you make your priority seatings for all your meals and especially those hard to get PS (dinner shows, Cinderella's Royal Table (breakfast), etc). You can email them at:
