Calling All Petite Princesses Week Of 9/15

That is too funny!!!! I think I might just DO that. Well, I dragged IBOUNCETOO kicking and screaming (ok, she really wasn't) to the mall yesterday and we walked an hour! I hope she's not too stiff today, I must check in on her.

So although we had a lovely dinner out Friday night and lunch yesterday, I made a VERY good choice yesterday by getting mahi mahi instead of a big sandwich, although we did partake in a delicious dessert (shared). So I'm not ready to jump up and down - and I'm not totally committed (although I should be!) :idea: did I spell that right? :rolleyes1 anyway, I can see the shift beginning. Ok, off to pay bills.

I hate the mall, though. Went and got a good sportsbra (the twins aren't going anywhere!) but had to fight giant crowds to do so. Stunk! :headache:

And any start is a good start!

I did have a Halloween cupcake this morning...but that's it.

No weight change for me...well actually I gained Fri-Sun and then lost that M-Th! :lmao: Overall, still at 7 lbs down.

I had Taco Bell. I'm doing a Wendie plan this week (WW variation) to shock my body to get it to move lower.

I've also gotta stop being lazy this week. I haven't hardly exercised but one day. :guilty:
 
Okay, so WI was today, didn't lose anything. I hit a stall. Fun, huh? :headache:
 
I also had no change this morning....which means...I didn't GAIN over the weekend! WHich means...I may actually lose something this week. :thumbsup2

I stepped on the scale this morning...down 1.8 lbs from yesterday. I'm at 156.8?! :confused3
 
Well I'm here to support all you great melters! You GO GIRLS... I'm not even thinking about stepping on the scale, but my friend Jen emailed me from WA state and said she lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks of IUMNIX or whatever that stuff is called. But it's "shake" type diet, I need FOOD! :confused3 Well, maybe I don't NEED it, but I doubt I could last long without gaining it back.

Peg says to herself... "MUST DEAL WITH BAD HABITS - FIRST"

I don't doubt it, it's not well known but my friend has now lost 20 lbs on it and feels great!

It's based on ridding your body of toxins - as well as weight loss. I've done colon cleanse stuff before - you do build up crap in your system that makes it hard for the body to heal and continue to go what it needs to do when we pollute ourselves with bad food and out door chemicals, not to mention stress!

How is everybody doing????
 
I just ordered a few workout dvd/videos and am hoping they come soon.

DH and I have an area in the basement we have designated as a workout area, but there is still some work to be done in there.

I ordered Zumba for cardio (and have a treadmill, but I need some variety), and I ordered Power 90. I have heard it is great for beginners and then after you use it for 90 days, P90X is the next step, although that looks really, really hard!!!

DH wants a set of dumbells for Christmas (Bowflex brand), so that will help too.

Dieting isnt' working....I need to exercise WAY more than what I have been doing.

I've heard that Power 90 is really hard - but hey, if you can only do a little, it's still better than nothing right?

My sis-in-law was here last week and we hiked Squaw Peak (Arizona) rode bikes and then hiked Shaw Butte (2,104 elevation)!!!! I thought I was going to die - but I took it slow and did it!!!!

Then I went to work and asked my boss to work 7-4 on Tue/Thur so I could hike Shaw Butte - he said YES!!!!

So my plan and I did it again on Tuesday and knocked off 10 minutes from the start to finish - plan is to do it 3X a week -!!!!

My hubby is coming with me this morning before we have our Thanksgiving feast.

Sister is coming (IBOUNCETOO) and she's bringing pies - so I have to do that HIKE!!!

Been watching the portions, and frankly I think this is the best plan for me, I like "real" food and this way I can do that. If I just keep MOVING - all will melt away in time. Thank God my knees are holding up - I'm so HAPPY!!!!
