Calling All Petite Princesses Week Of 9/15

I eat about 900 calories a day, Depending on wether I eat at work or not. Its not all so hard and I can do it without feeling hungry (and then of course, I dont work out alot)
 
Hi all. I don't have time to get through this whole thread right now, but I will try. I wanted to say Hi though :) I'm 4'11" and need to lose about 50 pounds. I am like some of the other posters, I don't even know where to start... So "Hi" and I will try to pop in more.
 
I did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1 and it kicked my butt.
 

Checking in because I said I'd try... ok food portions are getting better for me, but still no "exercise" to speak of. Dancing around the office doesn't count does it? Kidding...

I've been "thinking" of starting my t-tapp, but when I get home I'm so dagum tired and cranky! At least I'm not snacking the entire night anymore. So I DO see that as progress. Wish I could get my fanny out of bed in the morning and get back to the gym like I was doing in June.

Ok, well somebody PRAY for me ok?

I'm saying a prayer for this thread right now, the strength and energy to start our new life and God please grace us with new toned and lean bodies! Amen. :love:
 
God, we need strength, determination, and motivation to exercise and eat right. And we need help!

It's official - I just booked the 2010 WB TransAtlantic Cruise- I'm set for 2009 & 2010 now. I LOVE booking cruises!!!!:woohoo: :dance3:

I've never been on a Disney cruise. I'll bet they're awesome!

I love them! We have no kids, but I adore watching the other folks little ones dress up to meet the princess' and also love hiding in the adult areas of the ship! It's a great balance. Plus I have to admit I'm one of the biggest kids around. :thumbsup2 I had a bad weekend eating wise, fighting some depression (hormones I'm pretty sure) now I've got this nasty eye twitch going...

I hope everyone has a successful melting this week. I don't like to say Loss, because you often FIND things you lose. :lovestruc

I love WDW and DL so I'm sure I'd love the cruises. :lovestruc

Melting is a good word...I like whoosh as well. :thumbsup2 You're right. We find things we lose so perhaps lose isn't a good word. :rotfl:
 
I like WOOSHING...sound dramatic! I'm sitting here eating my lunch, port tenderloin with papaya sauch and a half a plate of assorted veggies. I feel so PURE! :angel:

Only down .5 this past week...but I feel I'm on the brink of that other half pound WOOSHING away any second now!:lmao:

140 but grrr. I was eating extra protien cause my hairs falling out (alopicia). Then tonight (stress, just stress) I had to henya my hair (I know I know bad) and well it turned SPOTTED!!! so now I sit with hair dye remover trying to fix it.

well, It came out strawberry blondish. My diet was blown today at the lack of sutiable cafeteria food.

Good morning Petite Princesses... my sister IBOUNCETOO is down 7 lbs (I got the word last night at dinner)... which makes me think it's time to actually start to DO something about my not-dieting! I 'm SO BAD - last weekend I ended up spending almost the entire weekend in bed. I was fighting some kind of infection (low grade temp) and I had ZERO energy. I felt better as each day went by this week. And thank GOD my Newsletter at work is almost ready to go to publishing. It's always a nightmare for me to worry about. :guilty:

Anyway, I know I haven't been popping on enough- I guess we all have busy lives... what can I do to get kick started????:mad:
