Calling all non AKV owners

just hung up 1 hour of wasted prime time miutes 407 says call can't go through 800 busy been calling on that while on hold busy 1 hour

kept trying both #'s got through on 407 everything I wanted was sold out dec30, nov4 and oct 21 got SV dec 10 4 nights on WL for dec 9 why was I on hold for 60 minutes then on hold only 12?

I did not get ours for Dec. 26-Jan. 2nd. We are looking for a studio for pretty much anything but Saratoga. I have a ressie for Saratoga for each of these nights but cash night for Dec. 31. I was really hoping to get AKL this morning but the phone was busy for about 50 minutes. Oh well we are on the wait list for BWV, AKL, WL, and BCV. Maybe something will come through we have 6 more months before our vacation.

I got thru on the 800# at exactly 9AM, but after selecting option 1, the phone just started ringing and ringing and ringing. I eventually hung up and for an hour I haven't been able to get thru on the 800#. I just tried the 407 number on my cellphone and got thru on the first try. Now it is saying that the approximate wait time is 10 minutes.

I'm hoping to get something in October....

Got through on the local line at 9 exactly and got my 1 bedroom standard for dec 8 to dec 16. Im am so happy it is on like donkey kong!!!!!!

I couldn't get 2 studios for Oct 21-26th

But I went ahead and got on the waitlist... so we'll see what happens.

We ended up on the wait list for 1 bedroom Savannah view October 6 - 12. We still have our room at OKW which we are fine with. The CM did not give much hope for the wait list coming thru. I asked about other room sizes for that week and he did still have a GV!

Well, finally got through.............. nothing available for the week of December 8th.

Oh well, at least I tried. Now I'm thinking about buying some points there.

Started calling on both the 1800 number and the 407 number about 5 minutes ago....both busy. Finally got through on the 407 number...says a wait time of 9 minutes....

Got a ressie, but not my first choice dates.

NO studios available at all for any date in August. But there ARE 1 BRs available for some dates in August.

I was able to get Sept. and had my choice of dates for that month. She said that there was still good availability for much of the month of Sept.

I called at 9am on the nose rang busy on the 800 # used my cell and got through on the 407 #. got the menu. hit the options and it rang for about 30 times. Talked to a very nice lady who hooked me up with a 2 bedroom savannah view Oct 14-20. I was off the phone by 9:08.

We were looking forward to staying at OKW for our 1st time but really wanted to try out AKV after watching the dvd.

Only took about 5 minutes to get through at about 11 am Florida time, nothing available for all dates Dec 2-13, there were a few nights but not all. This is my first time making ressies so I wasn't comfy using waitlist especially since we are taking friends. I am happy to be at SSR.

Got thru and they had my nights. Cancelled my other ressie and then it was gone. So now I have nothing.

Well, I decided to not give up. I called back again about an hour later and was able to get a dedicated studio for the 2 nights I wanted. Standard View.

but got a standard studio for my Sept dates.

I got busy and called 5 minutes late...all I got was a busy signal for 2 hours..I finally used me cell phone about 11:00 and called the 407 # and got through with about a 10 minute wait. I got my studio savannah view for 10/6

what is a dedicated studio and how do you know if you got one? i got sv studio for october.

Got through at 10am on the 800# with 12 minute wait. Cancelled my BCV two-bedroom when I was able to get AKV GV for 11/10-11/12 as two extra nights after our DCL 7 night western.

there are 2 types of studio - dedicated and lock off.

a lock off has a door between your studio and 1-bedroom.

a dedicated does not join with 1-bedroom - so no connecting door.

therefore a dedicated is generally quieter.

I think you have to ask for a dedicated.

what is a dedicated studio and how do you know if you got one? i got sv studio for october.

I assume it is just not connected to a 1 bedroom. My ressie online says Ded and they told me it was dedicated on the phone.
