What are your dates? I'm on hold and trying for Dec. too.

We previously booked 12/2-12/7 2BR sav. view with AK points. We needed to get two more nights (12/7 & 8) with our BWV points. It was tense We allegedly got the last 2BR for 12/7.

If anyone was waiting for a 2BR std. view boardwalk, we just released 12/7 & 12/8.

Again, good luck to everyone. My first dial fest a few weeks ago took me 40 min to get through.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I called right before 9 and just waited online in the "press 1 for.....press 2 for....press 3 for...." section until 9:00 and then got through to MS. We are booked in a Savannah View Studio for Nov 10 & 11 (Our Anniversary Weekend).

I was soo excited I had to come post on here!!!

We wanted sav view 1 bdrm for week of thanksgiving. Didn't think my chances were good and we didn't get it. It's ok, though.

I think the 800# was 50 minute wait- but that was 10 minutes ago

All done using the 407 number! I got my December 1 in a dedicated studio. They had both dedicated AND lockoff's still available, of course, it is a Saturday night so the points are higher.

Now I just have to get that switched to concierge in another couple weeks and we're all set. I"m not canceling my cash room for that night though until concierge on points comes through for me.

I only waited a few minutes. I probably called five or six times before I got through without a busy signal. It rang for quite a while before the recording picked up though. Then, I had to go through the "press 1 for member services, etc." The wait on the other side of that was only about three minutes!

We got our standard view studio (waitlisted for savannah view) on 12/9-12/11!

I first tried the 407 number but it told me to call the 800 number and thats the one that worked for me. I had zero wait time, straight through the MS when I finally pressed 1 right at 9:00

On Hold with a wait time up to 15 minutes I think, it's possible that they said 50 minutes, but I'm trying to be optimistic.

they originally said 15 on the 407..but now it just says "longer than usual due to high call volumes"...anybody done with this know?? lol...
