Okay, so it's not yet 9, and the phone is already a busy signal!

Me too...I got through on my cell but after hitting 1 it is just ringing and ringing. I guess I will let it go and see what happens.

dialed at 8:58 and it rang for about 4 minuted. I have gotten a prompt saying 5 minute wait time.

The 800 # was busy but I'm on hold on the 407 number...

It said up to a 15 minutes wait and that was about 5 minutes ago.

I already have my March 2008 AKV reserved but now I want one night in December using my points from VWL.

What are your dates? I'm on hold and trying for Dec. too.

For me, I already have a cash room concierge reserved for 12/1 but I want to switch to a points room instead.

If I get it, then I need to call back later in June to switch it to concierge. And if that doesn't work, I keep the cash room I already have reserved. Already have my sunset and sunrise safaris booked and I don't want to lose those with not being concierge.

I already have my March AKV ressie, but I wanted to change part of my OKW ressie to AKV Club. Maybe I'll just take my chances tomorrow or later today.
