Good Monday morning everyone!!!

Yesterday was such a great day to be outside We were outside by the pool from 12 noon until 5pm - literally all day!!!!

Then for dinner last night I made homemade hamburgers. I haven't done that in over 8 years. I don't know why , they were so good!!! I will definitly do that again!!!

Then in the middle of the night Stephanie woke me up saying she was going to be sick. So for an hour we sat by the toilet, then back to her room, then back to the toilet, then back to her room, and luckily nothing happened. She went back to sleep and eventually I went back to sleep at around 3am. Hopefully she'll be fine today.

Well, I gotta run and get ready for work - have a good day today everyone!!

Good Tuesday morning everyone!!!

I"m spending the day studying for this test tonight. It's going to be a beautiful day , so I am going to do a lot of studying outside while the girls are playing. I'm not worried at all about passing it , but now that my teacher has interviewed me, I want to do as well as I have in the past so she doesn't think I"m a slacker

I set the date for my state test, which is 9/11. Not a great date in terms of the history of the date , but I have a good time frame to study for this test. I didn't want to take it to soon and feel the need to cram

I found out yesterday that Katie is going to have to start daycare sooner than I thought. I wanted her to start right after vacation, but they have one opening left in the 3 year old room, and there's a high chance that spot will be filled on Oct. 1st. So I told them she'll be there, but she's only going to go 2 days which are Tuesday and Thursday. She's very very excited about it, but I'm not. It was so nice to have no sickness for awhile, and I'm hoping she doesn't get anything before vacation. I guess I will just have to throw the dice and hope for the best I do take her out of day care almost 2 weeks before we leave on vacation so she isn't exposed to anything right before we leave, and so if she has anything in her system, it should surface before we leave.

I'M OFFICIALLY DONE WITH MY CLASS!!!!!


I got a third 93% on my test, which made me very very happy!!! I was a little nervous about this test because 1/3 of it was questions about the Real Estate Rules and Regulations for Indiana. Not only is it all boring, but it all starts getting twisted in your head.

Today I am taking the girls to the beach to relax and read something other than Real Estate I have a couple of magazines that have been sitting here dying to be read. Plus the girls absolutly love going to the beach

Good morning and TGIF!!!!

We got a call last night at 2:30am from our neighbor telling us there pool exploded . So Kevin went over there, and the whole side of the pool blew out and water went everywhere !!!! I guess it was like the Nile River flowing between our house . I'm afraid to look at our backyard this morning, because I have a feeling I'm going to have a lot of cleaning up to do, because we have rock all long the side of the fence that probably got pushed into the grass. Oh well, whatever work I have to do, is nothing compared to the work he's going to have to do, poor guy!!!!

I made some banana bread for the first time in a couple of years last night It is so yummy, and it makes the house smell so warm and cozy I just love it!!!!

Good Sunday morning everyone!!

Why is it, on the days I want to sleep in, my girls get up at 6:30am, and when I want them to get up early, they give me a hard time because they want to sleep in Very frustrating!!!!


So, today is Katie's party - she is so excited !!! Her theme is Dora the Explorer. Stephanie got her a tv like thing that lights up and has Dora moving (they have ones that look like aquariums too) and a Dora soccer ball. Kevin and I are giving Katie a Fisher Price thing that's like a MP3 player and speakers that you hook it up too. Fisher Price has a website that you download childrens songs and childrens stories onto this thing. I thought it would be nice for the airplane and long road trips.

Thanks to everyone for Katie's Happy Birthday wishes - I appreciate it!!! Her party was wonderful!!! She was so excited to be the center of attention, and to have so many presents to open. Watching her made so happy and a little sad at the same time. Granted she will always be "my baby", but she's not a baby anymore I wish I could make time go a little slower .

Today I am only working until 2pm since Katie's real birthday is today. I'm not sure what we are going to do, but I would like to do something. So, I'm going to play the day by ear.

Sorry for my long time away!! When we unhooked Sarah's wireless router, we lost our internet & ot took some time to get ecerything fixed, but I am back online!

Things went well with Sarah. I am doing OK. I miss her alot! Today is her 18th birthday! Her first one away! She doesn't have an address yet so I FedExed her cards. My mom helped me find a local florist and they should be delivering 18 pink roses today! SHe finished Rush and she is now in the pledge class fro DZ. I have learned more about sorority life than I ever thought I would!

James' team did well in their 1st practice game Saturday. This means we can now drop down to practice 3 days a week instead of 5!

Emily is still trying to decide if she wants to do 2 squads at the Flip Zone (the gym). The coaches really want her to, but she's not sure. I told her she could decide. We discussed the pros & cons. She has until Wednesday to make up her mind.

slo - congrats on your test!! I knew you would do well in this class! I am glad Katie had a good birthday! Happy belated birthday to her! So how was the clean up after the pool flood?
