How did you like Chef Mickey's? We've got dinner ressies for there on the Saturday evening before our "real" vacation starts! We couldn't get anything but an 8:30 p.m. ressie and I'm afraid they're going to be very busy. But I wanted to do something special for dinner since that night is a surprise for the boys!

Loved your pic of the pontoon boat, too. We've never rented one before but are planning to this time.

We really love Chef Mickey's and we go every year. This year was especially special for Chef Mickey's because Hurricane Jeanne last year chased us out of WDW the very early morning that we were going to go to Chef Mickey's and all of us were very disappointed about missing this restaurant.

Also, renting the Pontoon boat is just awesome. We always go for an hour and what a wonderful hour it is. So relaxing and exciting to see the The World in a totally different perspective. You won't regret it!!

I forgot to post these pictures in my trip report. We did Sorin at Epcot and that was totally awesome!!! Don't miss it!!!

Slo - I loved your trip report! We have never done the pontoon boat, but it seems like fun! We don't do that many dining experiences. We tend to spend every minute at the parks! We do love breakfast in the castle, though!! It is better than the one at Epcot! Soarin' is awesome!! I loved the pics of the contemporary rooms. We have stayed there several times, but not since the renovations! It looks wondeful!

How was everyones Monday ? mine was prety bad but all Mondays are for me because I am off on Sunday . Makes for lots of problems on Mondays : (

It's good to see you - how have you been???

Busy Busy Busy, my husbands department has 3 major fundraisers in the fall so we are in the middle of one of the busiest times for us, getting DD4 adjusted to all day pre-k and also DD 18 mths adjusted to speech therapy 3 times a week, so its been a long fall already!!!! Also things could be much better for us right now, DH just lost a very close friend yesterday, he was only 32, we are awaiting autopsy results, he had an unknown infection that spread through-out, caused a heart attack and shut down his organs. We have been spending time with his wife and there 3 children so I have not been on-line too much. Looking forward to our November trip, DH wants to cancel because now he does not want to go without the Kids, I am hoping for a change of heart on that once the shock of losing his friend so young. We will see I guess!!! I love to read everyones reports and reviews, its like I can go on mini vacations while I read them, a nice way to take a break right now!!! Whats more magical than Disney, nothing better to get you through a rough day than reading about the joys of other families.

Please keep us posted when you can about how you and your family are doing - sometimes it helps to type your problems when you are upset - we are here for you!!!

I hope you and DH do go on your vacation - it sounds like you guys need to get away for awhile, even though I can understand why your DH doesn't really want to go right now.

How sad about your friend passing away - I will keep his family in my prayers!!!

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday!!!

Poor Stephanie has a big spelling test today and she is very nervous. It's a review test over her last 20 words and we reviewed a lot last night. I told her that if she gets one wrong that it's still an A, but she's still nervous. I'm hoping that she's not how I used to be where I would get so nervous that my mind would go blank during the test. Well, at the end of the day, we'll soon find out how it goes.

I hope you have beautiful weather, slo! 55 is cool to us, but definitely not cold! An outdoor wedding should be so beautiful!

No big plans here this weekend! Just lots and lots of cleaning and I'm going to start laying out clothes to pack! We leave two weeks from today!
