We DH, DS (9), DS (7) and myself are going in November. We are staying at the Poly and we have the dinning plan. Here are my thoughts for meals. I have been planning for the past 6 months my husband thinks I am nuts. Would love to get input from all you experts out there before I make ressies. I have plannned one "nice" sit down in the evening and lunches are not planned - whatever we decide when there.

Arrival Day - Ohana 7:00 dinner

Day 2 - Breakfast Rainforest Cafe' Animal Kingdom (Day spent @ AK)
Boma Dinner 5:30

Day 3 - Kona 5:00 (Day spent in @ MGM)

Day 4 - Chef Mickey Breakfast 7:30 (may change this) (Day spent @ MK)
Concourse Steak House 5:30

Day 5 - Teppankaki 4:30 (Day Spent @ Epcot)

Day 6 - Breakfast Kona 8:00 (Relax at Hotel)
Garden Grill 4:00 Thanksgiving Dinner

Da7 7 - Open our Last Day - Fly out that evening

Let me know your thoughts and suggestions. This will be our first "real" visit to the World  . Went once before for a short visit. Open to any and all suggestions. Looking forward to your input! :rolleyes1

I thought that the rainforest cafe was not on the DDP? :confused3 Am I wrong because I made my ADR's for my 7 nights and did not chose that one.
I called the disney 1-800 number and had a wonderful CM to help me. I am not an expert either so I hope someone else will be able to help.
PS everyone says to try OHana's. :rotfl:

I would not leave the Poly without doing Ohanas and Sci-Fi @ MGM is great. Last year when we went my kids were 9(DD) & 7(DS) and they loved both so much that we are doing them again this August. :)

You're right - RFC is not on the DDP.

I know the RF is not on the dining plan. We plan on paying for that out of our pocket.
