Boy, it is cold out there!

Another busy weekend at work, and I am sure today will be crazy too. Big "dress sale" starting today for anyone who is interested. It is also online if you don't want to go to a store, hannaandersson.com

Good Morning Everyone! Boo at the Zoo was a lot of fun! The weather wasn't all that bad either. We left around 2ish and it was just starting to get really windy! Oh, and I'm proud to point out that I've been recently upgraded to DIS Veteran! I find that somewhat humorous b/c i've only been on here since February! Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

i read in the tribune the weather for orlando predicted for today and tomorrow.
good thing slo repacked the suitcases for the girls.
it will be brisk in the parks during the evenings if those temps posted are correct.

Boy is it cold out today. Yesterday we had hail and strong winds today we have sleet. I want summer back.

piglet, did you ever get your knee/injury taken care of? i don't remember the final outcome when you had the problem with it.

when i was driving back from lake forest at 3 today from the doc appt, it started to snow.
gee....did i call that one right or not.....


looks like santa clause weather to me.
snow flurries tonight and down to 30-34 degrees....

and it's not even thanksgiving time yet.
not even time to turn the clocks back an hour yet...

Mac ~ Yes that was (is) me with the knee injury. It has been a year now, and I am just now able to take small steps up or down with it. But they have to be very small steps. Still not able to kneel or squat down at all. I am able to walk and stand for extended periods now, so that is good. My left knee is paying the price however, and I swear I have shin splints on that leg too. There are times at work that I will bend down to do something and then yelp out in pain as I stand up. There is not much that can be done for it, except for not use it, and that is not going to happen. All in all, it is better, just not back to where I was before I got hurt, and it is uncertain if I ever will be fully recovered. Thanks for asking!!!

keep the car heater up high as i'll be in my shorts and tee in order to set the mood for orlando.

I have a question for y'all... I'm not sure how many of you are muppet fans but last night mike and i had a 30 minute conversation on Dr. Bunsen Honeydew. As a kid, I always called him Dr. Honeydew, Mike called him Bunsen... what did you guys call him? am i the only one who called him honeydew? just a random thought of the day!!

That's how I read it at first too. I thought how can I get a call?

He was refered as Dr Honeydew or Doctor.

Hi all!!



Still waiting to see what happens with the people who came to our house last week for a showing.
Their agent had several other houses to show them in the surrounding area.
But the good news is, according to what their agent told ours, none of the other houses are exactly what they are looking for!!
So we still have our fingerss crossed!!
Hoping to get some more info from our agent tomorrow.


Having a HUGE garage/moving sale this weekend! I hate setting up for these things! BLEEECCCHHHHH!
