Here are the pictures from the DIS Meet.........
WOW, I know a LOT of you! Still need to DISMeet a few more of you tho! Thanks for the pics Slo, and Sophie is adorable!!! Happy Belated BD also!!!
We are back! We have walked the Red Carpet! We have seen HSM3!

No spoilers here. I couldn't anyway, I was dozing off now and then during the movie

- Hey, there's the time difference and all - give this old lady a break, please.

FUN TIME tho!!!
I woke up at 4am Thursday morning, followed by Kelly, then DH, we left at 5:15 to pick up niece. Left about 5:35 from their house, arrived at O'Hare at 6 maybe. Checked in, only to find our 1st flight was delayed 1-1/2 hours! That meant our connecting flight was also delayed/changed (but bumped to 1st class - oh well

)! PANIC tho! Xanax, thank you. We are now arriving at LAX at 4, for a 6pm premiere!!!

I almost didn't even leave O'Hare, why bother? We'd never make it. Well, we did what we could, and what we had to (change clothes in Houston's airport bathroom), hire a cab from LAX ($60), instead of taking the free shuttle (1-1/2 hours + from LAX), and made the 6pm premiere check-in time by 15 minutes. From there, we waited. Long story short, the girls LOVED EVERY MINUTE!! And, they LOVED the movie!

(Mom needed her Xanax tho before we left Chicago!

)
Lots of freebies, too! Our Guest passes, of course. HSM3 popcorn buckets and drink, pom-poms (sp?), sandwiches from Sara Lee, temporary tatoos (I even got one!), and they 'shot' t-shirts into the audience at various times before and after the movie, and Kelly got one!

It was a long, long, LONG day/night, but well worth it!
We went to Hollywood on Friday, and also enjoyed that day as well! FUN!! Saw a LOT, in a little time. Hollywood & Highland area, Walk of Fame, Graumann's, Kodak and El Capitan Theaters, ate at Mel's Drive In (American Graffiti fame) for lunch, and Disney's Soda Fountain and Store for dinner/dessert. Took a City Pass tour, which included 4 different things - wax museum, Max Factor museum, a walking tour (EXCELLENT!), and a cheesey 2 hour 'Hollywood Homes' tour that, in the end, while the homes could have been ANYONE'S, the tour itself took us up high as close as we could get to the 'HOLLYWOOD' sign, and also through Beverly Hills, Bel Air, down Rodeo & Beverly Drives, through more of Hollywood, etc. - it was just $$ well spent, to see so much in 1 day!
Way tired - must go!

to do Sunday!!
I'd do it all over again, in a heartbeat!
Bye for now!
