Hi Doreen,

I'm doing ok considering all. I still have a full leg splint on,
Next week I get fitted with a hinged brace, but it will be locked in place for the next two weeks, At that time they may allow it to bend 20%


All in all it will be about another 4 to 6 weeks before I can drive a car again,

If my doctor has his way it may be longer, but if this heals like my other leg did,
Then it will be about 5 more weeks I will be home.


Luckly I am not in pain

Hi Elaine,

If you open a free account at www.photobucket.com you can load your pics there, then once a photo has been loaded, copy the img url address in the bottom box under the photo and then come back here and paste the address in the message box.

If you want to use a photo in your signature, it can't be more than 200 pixels high and 550 pixels in length. If you want to add a photo in the message portion, then size doesn't doesn't matter.

I tried to explain this the best way I could, I sure hope it helps.

This is a picture of my son, Russell. He is a Senior at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. This was taken on Friday, November 17, 2006 for the LeMoyne College Founder's Gala. He was selected to be a student rep and keynote speaker. Hopefully Law School is next.

Thanks, Andy, for coming to my rescue!
Today we start with the redecorating of the 1/2 bath. What a chore. I had some ceiling water damage, and thanks to Doreen, she is helping me with what to do and buy. The damage is repaired, the ceiling is ready for sanding, and then I get to paint. It's a good thing I have Friday off, so that will be my fixer upper day.
I hope all is well with everyone, and that you all have a great Sunday.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Hazel's sister Lisa suffered yet another heart attack this morning and is not doing good at all, the doc said there is also fluid building up around the heart. Please keep Lisa, and Hazel's family, in your thoughts and prayers, thanks so much!!!

Hazel just received a call from her sister Marietta a few minutes ago letting her know that Lisa was just transferred to another hospital where more heart tests will be done tomorrow morning. This poor kid has been through so much this year, I feel so bad for her.

Jeff......loved the photos and loved the bubbles in the jacuzzi. That photo hosting site is terrific. For a dial-up user like me it was one of the easiest ones I've used. Very easy to go between photos without waiting forever for things to load.

I hope everyone who's on the mend is getting better.

Wishing everyone a terrific Thanksgiving. Be safe and be well. We're hosting my family. My mom, DH and both kids love to do all the cooking. I'm the one who goes out and does the food shopping and the clean up (stuffing as much into the dishwasher as I can). I think I may not have bought a big enough turkey. All the kids are getting older and eating more. I'm thinking I might not have much leftovers this year.

Glad you liked. Actually the website is mine. The photo gallery was built using Macromedia Flash, the photos and thumbnails were reduced in file size in Photoshop for quick loading. Just one of the side benefits of being a programmer. I am pleased to hear the gallery worked well on a dial-up connection.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!

We are keeping our family tradition alive, this morning at 10:15 we will be at the AMC 8 to see "Deck the Halls." For many years now, we select a Christmas type movie to see on Thanksgiving Day. We usually go in the afternoon, but decided to hit the morning show this year. Last year we went after we ate, and it was all I could do to stay awake during the movie, LOL!!!
