Terry: No relief yet........I am still dealing with alot of pain. I am taking the pain pills he gave me. He also gave me 5 re-fills on them. I am sorry your still so sick. Hope your feeling better real soon. :wizard:

Glad to see you on line. My doctor told me I should get a colonoscopy because of my age, but I got rid of the pain in my butt years ago. :rotfl2:

Terry - count me in for anytime in July. I'm easy and would love to get together. Hopefully lots of others will come. :banana:

The sunburn peeled away only on my forehead and nose. My eyes are have just started to get back to normal. I still have no idea what I had a reaction to but don't want to have another one anytime soon. I know about pains in the butt. :rotfl2:

You should still get one and get it over with.

Andy: Do you mind if I copy your magnet? I will have several on my door but mine won't be as colorful and artistic as yours. :teeth:

Funny you should mention that, I was thinking of making some t-shirts from the design of the 2006 door sign for my family. Hello again from a still-sick Terry :sick:

I just called my doctor's office, fortunately they have "Urgent Care" hours on the weekend. John and I are both going to be seen at 12:30pm today. My throat is KILLING me, it's getting worse instead of better. Our trip is in less than 48 hours. I really hope they give us something stronger than what we're taking right now. Actually, I will insist on it because obviously what we're taking now is not working. I thought John was feeling better, but he said he's really not feeling much better either. I'll update later when we get back.

hi everyone

thanks for all of the good wishes. I am actually feeling worse tonight than I did this morning

I have never had such a bad sore throat in my entire life. The doctor switched us from ceclor to zithromax, and gave us a prescription decongestant. My head is killing me, my throat hurts so bad, the swollen glands in my throat and neck are so bad that i feel like someone's hands are strangling me. I am getting worried that I wont feel better for tuesday morning

As fate would have it, this same holiday weekend two years ago our car battery died on us. I went out to go to the store a little bit ago, and what do I find, a dead car battery. I guess we won't be seeing any parades in the morning :guilty:

I got a hold of my brother Chuck (he's a diesel mechanic), he said he has to work tomorrow but said he will be coming by during his lunch break to give me a hand. I just hope the auto parts store up the street is open with it being the holiday.

We went to the baseball game Friday night. Of course, the Phillies lost, but the fireworks afterwards were great. :rotfl:

Today, we are going to my favorite smorgasboard near Lancaster for lunch. My mom, DS Harley and DD Lindsay are going with me. I love it when my whole family still goes out with me. I know it won't be too long before my kids don't want to go with me. :sad2:

Speaking of eating, I'll start my diet tomorrow. :rotfl2:

We are back on the road again, we have a new battery in the car. Thank goodness Auto Zone was open today!!!!! I must say, Auto Zone was doing a very brisk business this morning.
