Good morning everyone.. Another early day here for me.. Yell if you need me I am awake.. But not at home...Another day of dog sitting. They didnt tell me it was FIRWORK weekend here in the VILLAGE they live in.. The poor dog was so scared.. I had to stay with him and he wouldnt eat..

Today will be the last day of the neighboorhood garage sale too. Than I can get my house back in order. Al that doesnt go..>> RESCUE MISSION..

SO we begin our 6 week stretch.. Elaine has been so busy shopping for the cruise. What an excuse to go shopping. I think she will be bringing about 8 pieces of luggage..lol Me on the other had... Havent even thought about it.. Well maybe a little. I definatetly cant foget my MAGETS and Thirts...

What time is everyone getting to the RADDISON on FRIDAY??

TERRY what town car service do you use. Or has anyone used in the past with great rates??

We just need one way since we will rent a car going to CAPE CANAVERAL. We need something the day we come back...
Any info is helpful..

My mom and I plan on driving down from her place to the Radisson early Friday afternoon, probably arriving around 3pm so we can get checked in.

I guess we should start a list of who is planning to meet at Grills Friday night 8/18 at 5pm for dinner. Grills does not take reservations after 4pm, so if we have a number of people that are planning on being there, I can give them a count when I get there and let them know how many seats we will need. I'll start the list off.

We got our docs, for our May cruise this year, just between two and three weeks before our sailing date.

Thank you, last year for the PC 14 DAY cruise I received them here in the UK about one month before, but I wanted to know how quickly they are going out currently.

Ii would be a nice memory for us and Andy too. A little thank you for his hard work.

Grills is only about a five minute drive from the Radisson. It is along the shoreline of the Port Canaveral channel where the ships sail from.

Hi Everyone! Yesterday I went to a bridal shower for my friends daughter who is getting married on the cruise. Their names are Lisa and John and they will be getting married Thursday night on the ship. At first my friend Theresa was going to have the shower tuesday night on the ship but she realized there would be so much going on, that we wouldn't want to miss anything. They got alot of nice things, and I got my friend Theresa a white baseball hat that says "Mother of the Bride" that she can wear on the cruise. I got them a cute Mickey and Minnie Bridal cake topper last time I was at Disney. Can't wait for the cruise!

Good morning everyone

Andy: Our flight doesn't land until around 5pm, so we'll have to miss Grills. I hope you all have a nice dinner together! We'll probably go to Zachary's for dinner that night, or the restaurant in the Radisson. I think there's also a pizza place nearby too.

Doreen: We always used Tiffany Towncar. Their rates are about the same as the other limo companies, but we've been using them for the last 5 years and have always had good service from them. We usually book their 10-person stretch limo. It's a fun, relaxed way to start and end the vacation. I have the price quote here somewhere. You can always call them (or any of the towncar/limo companies) and they'll give you a quote right over the phone.

Thanks for all the good wishes for my first day of work tomorrow. I feel like I'm going to need them! LOL

I always turn my rental car in on Saturday morning, the car rental offices open around 8am, this way I have a car incase I need it until Saturday morning. Just thought I'd share that with you!!!

Terry - Good Luck tomorrow. You sound like I did 1 1/2 years ago. Don't be nervous, everything will be fine. Working stinks, but at least outside the home you get paid for what you do!

Also Terry, I signed DH John up for Parasailing on Castaway Cay on Sunday at 11:30. Can you add his name to the itinerary. It's a surprise and when I saw my friends Doreen, Elaine, Dizzyworld and Ed where going at the time and knew he'd be in good hands! Will you guys take care of this Land Lubber's husband please? Anyway, how does it work? Do you all go out on a boat? If so, how long does it take? Maybe I'll book me a massage!
