All you disney cruising experts,

On the online checkin,
where it asks for your type of id
If you are using a passport and it asks for i.d. number
Which number from the passport is this asking for.

Is it the passport number from the page with your picture
or is it the number on the last page under the bar code?

Thanks
Ed

Ed, I don't have my passport as it is in the safety deposit box at the bank, but I remember I entered the number from the page that had my photo on it.

Bev, Hazel is doing quite well and has been driving all over the place in the Vibe!!!

Angelina and I just finished watching The Chronicles of Narnia, what a good movie, it was the first time I saw it. We went to rent 8 Below, but our Blockbuster store didn't have any left to rent.

I'll be working on more Cruisin' Castaway t-shirts tomorrow!!!

Good Morning Karen,

I just had my bowl of Frosted Flakes, now I'm on a sugar high and am getting ready to make your shirts and Doreen's shirts. I'm hoping to get your package out in the mail later this morning.

Ed, Have a great time in the city; I took Josh to see LK on B'way a few years ago for his bday - amazing, of course! :wizard: Hope you have great fun and great weather! :sunny:

I don't remember if I mentioned this before or not, but those who are getting shirts, or those who are getting the iron-on transfers and doing the shirts yourself, it is recommended that the first time you wash the shirt(s) after the transfer is put on, is to wash and dry them inside out.

I don't see why you couldn't drop off the rental car at Jacksonville, to me it wouldn't be any different than driving it to MCO and dropping it off there. I would call the car rental agency and see what their policy is. What car rental company are you going to use?

Hi Andy - I'm considering either flying into Tampa (2 hr drive) or Jacksonville (3 hr drive) and renting from Thrifty. Either airport is still 16 hours less driving than from NJ. Are both of those airports safe do you know?

Thanks,
Mary Rose

I, personally have never been at either of those airports, but my youngest brother has flown in and out of Jacksonville, as has his son, and I haven't heard anything bad from either of them about that airport.

Hi Andy thanks for your input. Here are my convoluted travel plans.

8/18 fly into Tampa rent Mini Van from Thrifty and return car in Cape Canaveral for a night at the Rad.
8/26 fly out of Jacksonville also renting Mini Van from Thrifty in Cape Can. and returning car at JAX

All told, these plans (around $950 for the six of us) will probably cost only slightly more than driving given the price of gas.

Now - does anyone have any tranqulizers for me. I HATE, AND I DO MEAN HATE, TO FLY!

Hi everyone!

I'm home now. I had a great time! :sunny: I only hit heavy rain for the last few minutes of the drive, otherwise it was just cloudy with a few drops here and there.

I had breakfast at the Peter Pank Diner this morning with my father and while I was there I reserved the private room in the back, for 11am. I'll be updating the meet list in a little while, it seems like we'll have a nice little crowd! :grouphug:

P.S. Here's the list for the Lime Green Leis:

WalshClan 2
Dizzyworld 4
PoohJen ?
mickeymon923 3
castoff 2
Ct TiggerFan 3
kap158 & reenieny18 5
O'BWV 6
SeaSpray 4

Anyone else? I have to go to a party goods store before next weekend to get graduation decorations for Craig's party next Saturday. While I'm there I'll check and see if they carry lime green leis. If not, I'll be ordering them from the internet. I'll bring them all with me to the cruise. If I happen to see you at the Radisson, and you want yours, I can give them to you then. I'll have them in the DCL terminal with me too, if I see you waiting to board the ship. Otherwise I'll have them with me at the 3pm DIS Meet at the Promenade Lounge. :)

Terry,

You can add Hazel and I to the brunch list. We will be taking Angelina to my sister's house on Friday evening (should be fun with the shore traffic) and will be picking her back up on Monday. So, that makes us free for a Sunday morning drive northeast of here, looking forward to seeing those we've already met, and meeting those others for the first time!!! :woohoo:
