I called Disney a little bit ago and asked a CM if she could check to see if we would happen to have a pin code and she was happy to check. She came back on the phone and said that she saw that we were booked with a TA (this is our second year using one) and she said that she did see that we had one or more dicounts/possible pin code of some type, but because we booked with a TA, she wasn't able to look at them or do anything with them
I'm not doubting her or saying that she is wrong, I Just wasn't aware that she could not even check for one. I understand that my TA would have to apply it, but I didn't know that she couldn't check for it. I think I'm confused

I am bit of a control freak as far as vacation planning goes, so that is why I handle our dining, itinerary and things like that. She is fine with doing everything for her clients, but she is perfectly happy with letting anyone handle the details of their trip if they want to, which works for me.
