Call back about the A/C

HI all. After our recent trip I Emailed to gripe about the A/C (or lack therof) in some waiting lines. Space Mountain was really bad this past time -- if I didn't have a fastpass I would have bailed. We also noticed it in Buzz, PeopleMover, and some attractions at Epcot on the previous trip. I know we have griped about it here on the Boards!

A nice young man called me today (with a great NJ accent like mine; no one at WDW is FROM Florida!) and he followed up and asked lots of questions. I reported the attractions where we'd noticed it most, and pointed out that this was nothing new -- we'd all discussed it here. He laughed and said "Oh, the DISboards?" He reported that sometimes we have rumors here, and he thinks they sound crazy, but then it turns out they are TRUE! That made me smile -- I always say you can learn just about anything here!

So it was nice that they called back to follow up. He assures me the info will be "passed on" and thanked me for the feedback. Hmmm... Let's hope the A/C is on high when I visit in June!

Thanks colleen for posting back about this and for your efforts. Hopefully, they'll get the message?

On a side note, I received two or three emails saying someone was going to be getting in contact with me soon regarding my concerns over the bathrooms and still nothing... Guess mine finally got dismissed. Glad to see how quickly they responded to you.

I want cool air in the rides when I go to the parks this June and July! For the price I just paid for our APs I hope they'll be able to turn on the A/C once in awhile! LOL
