California Yellow Cab Flat Rate from SNA

I was looking for information on Flat Rates from SNA to Disneyland area hotel.
Have any of you use this one?
$29 flat rate seems lower than other threads have stated.

It used to be more like $40-45, but I think they have to stay competitive with Uber and Lyft. Those are usually $22-25, depending on time of day and if you hit “surge” pricing at rush hour or something. If you’ve never used Uber before, there are codes around for like $22 off your first ride, which makes it virtually free for the standard size sedan for 2-3 passengers.
