California Screamin' Questions

I've read that Califronia Screamin' is one of the rides that will close early for WOC but am having trouble figuring out how early it closes. WOC will be at 8:15 pm on October 16th when I'll be at DCA. When should I expect it close?

Also, I'm assuming that its FP system is still disconnected from the rest. Still true?

They typically close about a half hour before WOC starts

When we were there, I believe WOC was scheduled for 9pm. They closed the line for Screamin' at 8pm, so they could ensure that they could get through the line.
