California Screamin' late opening question..

.....I will be spending just one day (August 25) between Disneyland and California Adventure. I understand that California Screamin' is opening at 1pm because of the construction of Toy Story Mania. Do they offer fast passes? Earlier than the 1pm opening?

The last 2 days it has opened at 1145 along with FP's.

They will not offer FP's before the ride is officially opened each day.
