I have a PS at california grill for 8:20 on a night in June when the park is open until midnight. Is it possible to see Wishes no matter where you are seated in the restaurant? Or should I make my PS earlier (if possible) and be back outside for Wishes and SpectroMagic? When I originally made the PS the park was closing at 10 and there was no Spectromagic that night. Thanks for your help.

If you are at a table that doesn't have a good view of MK, just go out on the observation deck right before Wishes begins. We were seated at 8:40 or 8:45. They announce 5 minutes before the show that they will dim the lights for the fireworks and that's everyone's cue to head outside. Just follow the crowd. Our waiter even asked us if that's what we were going to do and he held off with bringing our appetizers until Wishes was over.

I wouldn't change the PS time. You might be seated 15 - 20 minutes late which would be perfect. If you are seated early, just take your time (they never hurried us one bit) and when the fireworks start, go outside and enjoy the show!

That's about the size of it. Now when we eat at CG we don't even bother asking for a window table--just as easy to walk out on the deck for the show.

You can't request the window seat until you check in, and then I've heard them tell people that it will be an hour or more wait!

Maybe you'll get lucky and get seated on that side of the restaurant. I've seen wishes from our table twice seated farther into the center of the room but on the side facing the MK.
