Can someone please tell me what you can have at the CG when you are on the dining plan? I know it's 2 credits and all, but wondering if its a set menu. Can you have sushi for your entree?

So sushi is allowed as your entree? My friend is traveling with me and loves sushi, and also has dietary issues due to lap band surgery, so she can't eat a lot. I think sushi would be perfect in her case.
