california grill observation deck

hey peoples,

I thought I had seen someone post something about this a while ago and I wanted to see if it was true. Does the California Grill have a second observation deck? Someone a while back had posted something about if you stay to the right there is another deck that is usually more secluded.

I also wanted to know if the music plays outside... i know it plays inside.

Didn't hear any music out there if I remember correctly! Yes there are two decks.

They play the music inside, and I thought I remembered hearing it outside as well, but it's been a few years since we were there.

My wife and I went to Cali. Grill on our honeymoon last July and yes, they did play the Wishes music outside to go with the fireworks. Have fun!!

I thought the second deck was accessible only to guests using the wine room.

We just dined at CG in May and yes stay to the right as it's not as busy and yes they play the entire selection for Wishes so you hear everything like you were standing in front of the castle.

There was no one monitoring who went out the which deck .. we just walked out .. since it was empty we went back in the bar and got drinks to bring outside. If you get there 30 minutes prior to Wishes you'll be fine.

Once we tried to use that second deck (near the Wine Room) and found it wasn't open--doors were locked.
But worth a shot to try--the few times we were able to use that deck, a LOT less crowded than the other.
