California Family Trip Itinerary - Help Needed

I wouldn't recommend riding a bike between the presidio and golden gate park. SF is a big city with lots of traffic plus the hills. Riding a bike From the wharf to the presidio and over the Golden Gate Bridge should work out well. The painted ladies are nice, but they don't surround the park. There are also beautiful mansions by the presidio and the presidio has a yoda statue.
