California adventure??

I was just looking at a friends pictures from California Adventure and it appeared that parts of the Paradise Pier were shut down. He had pictures of some signs that showed what it was going to look like. Hmmm....Im just wondering what happened????? We went a few years ago. Are they remodeling? His pictures were on facebook so I couldn't ask him directly.

Here's a link that kinda tells you what the plans are. From what I understand, DCA is pretty torn up as they start totally rehabing what it was to what they want it to become....
