Just make sure there is no sign that says "No Right on Red".

I have seen these.
And there are even some lights that when it is straight there will be a green right arrow. Then you can turn without stopping.
And if there is no light to the right of you, you can turn on the red, but you may have to yield. We have quite a few of those up here where the right will be into its own lane. So if there is no red light to your right (on the sidewalk) then you are good to go!
Why can't they make it consistent??????
