Cali Grill late ADR and Signature Help

We booked a last minute trip for mid Sept for DH and myself and will have NO KIDS lol! It will only be for a few days but we wanted to try a signature (we will be on DxDDP for 2 days for the first time ever). My first question is if you could eat at any signature with your spouse which is the best one for atmosphere and food? And second question is, as of now, I do have an ADR for 9:25pm for Cali Grill, however MK closes a 9pm that night and wishes is a 8pm so given that is it still the best choice or is being able to see Wishes the main selling point for eating here?

I would not want to eat at 9:30. Have you looked at other openings? Is Narcoossee's or Jiko available? I love both.

I don't mind eating at 930. I think th food and view is great even if there are no fireworks. You will get a lot of opinions. I also love Jiko and narcoosees. You can't go wrong at any of these.

Okay well I have an update since my first post. I was able to get a different CG ADR on a MNSSHP at 9:15pm and Hallowishes is at 10 or 10:15pm I believe, but I have been eyeing Narcoossee also what do you guys think is better? CG at 9:15 with Fireworks at 10 or Narcoossee's at 7:40 or 9:00? The only Signature we have ever done is Le Cellier so this both of these are new experiences for us!
