Hope you don't mind, but thought I would share this photo of a cake I made recently.

It was a playhouse Disney themed cake....Handy Many's tool box and tools....mickey heads and Special Agent Oso paw prints and sayings.

my son said he wants that cake for his birthday!!! so much for my attempt at a pirate cake this year!!!

The icing is very soft, so it's easy to mould but also easy to squish out of shape

Wow - those cakes are just amazing.

You should definately go into business - we paid £350 for 120 square plain iced cupcakes for our wedding and i'd happily pay £20+ for one of yours... i bet they taste much nicer than shop bought ones, which always taste like sugary cardboard to me..... and they never look as fab as yours.
