Cake Table ???

Is the cake table decorated when you arrive for the wedding or do you have to take your own table cover and decorations?

I'm doing a Intimate. Tanis said it would be decorated but if i wanted to add anything to just bring it before the ceremony.

We had an Intimate too (we upgraded to a custom cake though) and they decorated the cake table. It looked very pretty! We added a silk flower bouquet in a vase with marbles in our wedding colors, but it wasn't at all necessary, just something I wanted. Here is a picture to give you an idea. They used beautiful silk fabric, a lovely cake pedestal, and silk floral. The colors they chose matched our wedding colors. It was at WL Sunrise Terrace so the table with the drinks, favors, and my signature "book" was on the other side and I did not get a picture of it. I think at some locations it's all on the same table.

The entire table was decorated for us when we arrived. It was island themed for our beach wedding theme! It looked great!

Fairy_tale_bride, your cake table looks gorgeous! Did you ask for all those beautiful plants on the table? Or was it a surprise?

I'm have a swag/garland of fall leaves drapped off the table, and I'm going to have some of the flowers from the ceremony site placed around the cake.

Thank you! I thought it was gorgeous too! No, I didn't ask for any of it! It was all a surprise and it was just perfect! I have no idea how they got it "just right," but they did! It was totally in theme with our island/beach wedding we wanted with everyone in flip-flops, etc! I loved it!

No, napkins aren't provided by Disney. I ordered napkins, knife & server, and flutes from a local invitation store here in Charlotte. They had a catalog with a few different Disney designs, including Cinderella. My DH brought them with him when we arrived to the ceremony location and handed them off to our wedding planner.

Here is mine, the purple table coverings were provided by my florist, I made the "I DO" Letters.

We put our bouquets on the table & that added alot. This pic was taken before we did that.

They decorate the table before the ceremony for you. Our table was simple, but elegant. They added my bouquet to the table for decor.
