cake flavors

is there a place online where i can see a list of the various flavors that you can get for a wedding cake at disney? as i've mentioned before, i'm starting to really get into this cake decorating and i'm compiling a list of filling flavors and cake flavors so that i can try and find recipes. everyone raves about their cakes so i was just curious as to what all they offer their clients...

Here are the flavors and fillings on my paperwork that we could choose from. This was revised on April 2004 it says. Hope this helps! Sorry it took me sooo long, I was swamped yesterday!

Cake Flavors:

Yellow / Red Velvet
Chocaolate / Lemon
Marble / Orange
Carrot / Almond

Fillings:

White Chocolate Mousse / German Chocolate
Dark Chocolate Mousse / Cream Cheese
Raspberry Mousse / Bavarian Cream
Orange Mousse / Peanut Butter Cup
Amaretto Mousse / Bailey's Mousse
Strawberry Mousse / Blackberry Mousse
Passion Fruit Mousse / Mocha Mousse

White Chocolate Mousse with fresh Strawberries or Raspberries
Bavarian Cream with fresh Strawberries
Passion Fruit Mousse with fresh Raspberries
Dark Chocolate Mousse with fresh Raspberries
Strawberry Mousse with fresh Strawberries

Almond Cake
Buttercream frosting.

Almond sounds wonderful, and the buttercream was outstanding. If you wanted to get fancy you could add Amaretto mousse filling to keep the almond theme going, but I bet it would be equally outstanding with just buttercream in between your layers too.

At our tasting for our Dec. 11 04 wedding we picked almond cake buttercream frosting and bavarian cream filling and it is really yummy : )

Our top layer was Almond, with Amaretto Mousse and it is to die for! So delicious! The other flavors were very good (Chocolate w/white chocolate mousse and raspberries and yellow w/chocolate mousse and strawberries), but the top layer was my fave by far!

Ok, so I have a question about our "wedding cake"; how far in advance do they have to know all the information to get it ready? My DW and I were talking and we hate that we can't go down there for a tasting session to see what we want, and didn't know if we went down there a week before the ceremony if we could have a tasting session that first day and decide and then that gives them 5 or 6 days to get it ready. Besides, they don't actually start MAKING the cake until like the day before, right?
