Cake Boss @ WDW - on TLC in 1/2 Hour

That cake was impressive. During the first part of the show when they were visiting Ariel my daughter said "I guess your dad has to be famous to get to see Ariel." I about died laughing! Everytime we've been to the MK the sign at Ariel's Grotto says she'll be back in 60 min. We come back and come back, yet she's never there. And the sign still says she'll be there in 60 min. If I hadn't seen her on TV, I wouldn't have believed she existed at all.

I'm sure him making his DD a cake there was all party of the plot. Everything seemed staged.

Would I do it...NO. If I had a show...yes. LOL Plus it's not like they were on a typical WDW vacation where they are standing in lines and all that. Everything is walk on and they are in the park alone sometimes. So making the cake wouldn't have been that big of a deal.

We watched it too. It was actually on Monday and Tuesday night. Also the one with the aquarium cake too. We watch Cake Boss alot and I love the cakes he makes, the yelling can be toned down a bit My kids loved seeing all the places they had been too. It brought back nice memories since we haven' been since 08. I would love to try one of his cakes, I suspected that they would cost alot. I told my DH we should take a road trip down to his bakery!!!

I watched this show last night and loved his daughter's cake! I was wondering if anyone on the Dis was in any of the shots getting their canolli's (I know I didn't spell that right lol). I also watched Samantha Brown this morning on one of her Great Hotels episodes where it was taped at the Wilderness Lodge. I thought she was too corny in that episode.

The longest lines I ever waited on at WDW was with my niece waiting to see Ariel, it was always 30 min+.

Planning to take a road trip this summer to get Budddy's cannolis and crumb cake!

I thought they were filling the cannoli at YC for F&W fest, but were making his dds cake at POFQ.
Either way, that was a beautiful cake.
Anyone else find it hard to believe that he made those princesses from memory. They looked a little too perfect from him seeing the princesses once. Either way, the cake was awesome.

LOL - he really is a hot-head sometimes. His cakes are beautiful but I agree, he really loses his temper a lot!

Blech Samantha Brown angered me in this episode.....She was downright annoying!!!
