Cake Bake Shop at the BoardWalk is now open

If anyone notices if the chocolate peppermint cake comes back would you please comment here? We loved it last year - like we couldn’t stop eating it when we only planned on a bite after dinner at flying fish. We want to go back and get another slice this year if they have it.

In the Mickeyblog review @crazy4wdw posted two messages up, the reviewer chose that as their dessert, so I’d assume it’s back. Was it better than the Oprah’s favorite mint cake? My kids love that cake so maybe I’ll have them try this one.

Ahhh thanks! I did not read the article because we don’t want to do the Santa meal. I did briefly wonder if they would mention the available desserts but never looked.
Edit to add- never got the Oprah mint cake. So sorry I can’t tell you which is better but we really loved this peppermint chocolate cake. We usually don’t like frosting but both of us just loved everything about this cake except the price lol.
