Cafe Orleans recent menu

Has anyone been recently? The menu is only showing 3 entrees (2 monte cristos and also roasted chicken). No salads at all. I checked the app and the full website, and that is all that is listed.

Blue Bayou is the same. I scored an 11am ADR before I looked at the menu. One app (gumbo), 3 entrees. There is one chicken dish, one steak and one fish. 4 desserts.
The restaurant description states they have jambalaya, pasta, Monte Cristo, and a seasonal salad.

Yep same here. Specifically booked lunch since that’s supposedly where the Monte cristo was available, only to find it gone from the menu today. Maybe they are just in the process of updating them.

I was at Cafe Orleans for dinner last week and had the Haunted Mansion prix fixe menu. All the entrees listed for the prix fixe menu were listed on the regular menu as well -- I got the Panzanella salad (more salad than panzanella, also listed on the regular menu), the red wine-braised short ribs (very good, also listed on the regular menu), and the vanilla mousse candle dessert (it was a fine vanilla mousse, but I was too full at that point to eat more than two bites). My sister got the ham-and-cheese Monte Cristo and pommes frites (this was the main reason we joined the walk-up list for dinner).

The menu changed drastically at both places on September 1. I was there in the middle of August and the menus were totally different. No more pasta either.

No more strawberry salad, corn poblano fritters, chocolate tart at Blue Bayou.
The menus at both places are lacking and not good. No more rice and vegetable dish at BB too. No jambalaya either.

It’s a ridiculously small menu for BB, considering it’s meant to be one of DLs better restaurants.

Wow! My Mom and I were planning on eating at both in November… only 3 items on each menu?! One appetizer?! I think we might have to skip BB now and just do Cafe Orleans (for the Monte Cristo)

Monitor the menu online and see what happens, Cafe Orleans always has the MC.

Ok, we are here, and the menu has more than 3 things! The shrimp and grits are gone though
