Where do cabs and ubers pick up and drop off at the parks?

Where do cabs and ubers pick up and drop off at the parks?

Very near the front gates of Epcot, DHS and DAK.

At MK, the drop is at TTC/MK parking lot. (Inconvenient.)
If you are hiring a (non-Disney) car to MK, tell the driver to drop you at the Contemporary, then walk to MK.
