Cabs in DTD

I needed to know if there are cabs in the DTD area to get to Epcot. We will be going to BBB at 9:00 for my DD's 5th bday, then want to go to Epcot for Akershus lunch around 12:00, just wondering if there are cabs available(we are not renting a car)? Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes, there are cabs available at DTD. Look in the parking area near World of Disney.

Does anyone know the average cost and time to get to epcot

Plan on 20 minutes, it could take 10, it just depends on traffic. Cost should be about $12 or so, plus tip.
